Description​​

The Safe Schools Fund grant (SSFG) is a non-competitive, State-funded grant program designed for local school systems located within the State of Maryland. The main purpose of the Safe Schools Fund grant is to provide funding for school safety and security-related matters as described under Md. Code Ann., Educ. Art. §7-1512. The grant funds are to be applied toward th​e cost of school safety-related projects and services.
